Madeleine Solomon

Production Coordinator

Madeleine was born in Alabama and moved to Chicago and Pennsylvania with her family before settling in Orlando. During highschool, she found her passion for live events through the theatre program and began assisting the school and local theatres in their productions. She attended college at the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management. During her time at UCF, Madie balanced a full course load with a part-time internship position at a local scenic fabrication company, Mecca Productions, and was later promoted to full-time Project Coordinator, where she was responsible for assisting managers throughout all stages of production for high-value projects. She also worked closely with local clothing brand Turtlewoods in producing pop-up events throughout the Central Florida region.

Madeleine worked with the MertzProductions team in early 2019 as a part-time intern assisting with local projects and began full-time as a Production Coordinator in early 2025, where she is responsible for assisting the leadership team in the execution of shows.

In her free time, Madie enjoys going to concerts, hiking, reading, frequenting local cafes, and spending time with her friends and family.
