Lesley Downing

Director, Operations

Lesley Downing is originally from Butler, Pennsylvania. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1998 receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics. After college, Lesley relocated to Yakima Washington and began her career at Hi-Country foods as a materials manager for fruit-based beverages, ingredients and packaging.

In 2002 Lesley relocated once again, but to York Pennsylvania and continued her logistics-based path as a Shipping Supervisor at Yorktowne Cabinetry where he worked until 2006 and then returned to Central Washington. She returned to the fruit industry, continuing as a Production Planner for Tree Top Inc, followed by a Produce Buyer for Sun Rype Products LTD.

Lesley now serves as Logistics Manager for Mertz Productions managing equipment to and from shows, directing warehouse operations and serving as a Production assistant as needed.

In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors. Snowshoeing in the winter and paddleboarding, rafting and hiking in the summers. She volunteers her time with the Naches Lions Club and with the Town of Naches. She has a little farm with mini goats and chickens and her two beloved cats.
