Chris Caiazzo

VP, Tech Services + Technical Director

Chris Caiazzo, originally from Tinton Falls, NJ, embarked on his career in sound in 1994 at a national sound company based in Orlando, Florida. Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous high-profile events, including the Super Bowl, the Olympics, the NBA Hall of Fame, the Bass Master Classic, and the Republican National Convention, among many other corporate engagements. In 2006, Chris took the bold step of venturing out on his own, focusing on designing sound systems for a variety of events while overseeing all aspects of the production sound team.

Now, Chris is broadening his expertise beyond sound engineering by joining Mertz Productions as the Vice President of Technical Services and Technical Director, where he brings with him a wealth of production knowledge and experience.

Outside of work, Chris cherishes family time with his wife and two children. He enjoys surfing and going for long runs.
